SHIPPING + RETURNS
Shipping:
Our storage is in Switzerland, thus all the orders are being shipped within a few hours after they have been placed. Our default shipping method is by Post, so in case you prefer a different method please let us know with a comment.
As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your product. Your order will be delivered on the date of delivery indicated in the confirmation email or, if no delivery date is specified, within a maximum of 30 days following the confirmation email, except in exceptional circumstances. Delivery times advertised on our site, are from the date the order has been placed.
Delivery is always “to the kerbside” and never to a door or upstairs. It is stated that the postal service has the right to leave a parcel in the delivery container under the letterbox, if there is one. Since moebar is no longer responsible as soon as the package has been delivered, we thank you for contacting La Poste directly in the event of loss and/or theft.
When delivery is to an address other than a home address (e.g. restaurant, bar, hotel, etc.), You acknowledge that the Site’s delivery provision ends with the actual delivery to the address indicated in Your order, even though the Product may be received by a third party.
Returns:
In the unpleasant case that you are not happy with your product, you have the right to return it within 30 days since received, in it’s original packaging and unused. (excluded single use consumable products eg. wheat straws).
As soon as we receive your return, the refund can be made by bank transfer, a customer credit note to Your account, or via PayPal.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days and you will be notified with a confirmation mail. You are free to choose the shipping method of Your Product and to subscribe or not an insurance in case of loss, theft or destruction of Your package. We do not take care of any of your expenses, nor the cost of transport, and We decline any responsibility in case of non-receipt of Your package. Thus, the Site advises Users to opt for a tracked shipment of the package. In general, all costs and risks related to the return of the Product are at Your expense.
